When I try to use the location field on staging and specify a location...it fails:
It does seem to work on my production instance ok:
Is that normal?
Related to this, I noticed with a recent event posted by Khoros, a URL was used instead of a location as shown by Google:
I suppose that's one way to deal with an issue I have with events currently: they don't have a physical location and would require a second step to formally register for (e.g. a Zoom signup page).
I assume it's acceptable to put a URL in that field?
For what its worth the Google Maps location does work in our Stage environment.
Guess this is worth one more support ticket, then 🙂
@phoneboy yes, please raise a support ticket. Support team should be able to check the GMaps setup on your Stage.
