I was taking a training on Hubspot today and noticed this and thought I'd share it. What a fantastic example of integrating Community into the customer journey!

Here's one example we have to share - we have created a "New to Meraki" Group hub that is intended to be a safe space for newbie/dumb questions. We are linking to this in a new onboarding email series - a snippet of which is shown below.
