Following Discussions - Your Suggestions Please

Good day everyone,

Pardon the question, I am new to Lithium coming over from Jive.

Is there a way to indent replies within discussions to make them easier to follow?

For example, in this discussion https://community.lithium.com/t5/Online-Communities/Notification-bubble-is-gone/td-p/310952 I can see all the discussions and can reply to individual contributors, but what is the best way to follow side conversations I or others within are having?

Thank  you,

Toby

Hi @Toby - This is something not feasible out of the box, but can be done. Here is one example where we did this.

SS attached.  You need to zoom in to see this. I hope this helps.

Nice, thanks for sharing that Varun. I was reading this post and trying to understand before replying and you SS helped me there. So I guess, this is similar to i.e Facebook and comments and replies to comments...

Yes, Wendy. We have gone one level deeper with the replies, just like FB. This is a gated community so you cannot go see it for yourself.

Hi @VarunGrazitti - thank you for replying - unfortunately I could not see your shots even when enlarging - a bit blurry.

@Wendy_S is it possible to move the Replying to above the body of the reply?  This clarifies who you are replying to.

Thank you,

Toby

@Toby - Blur is explicit. Here is a zoomed in view. I hope this clarifies.  Level 2 is a reply to Level 1 and is indented.
