How do I enable the contests module? (or find it)

I am looking to setup contests for my community, but I cannot find the feature as mentioned in this post: http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/ask-a-question/Does-Lithium-support-photos-contests/qaq-p/118877

Any guidance or a help article to guide me to the right area?

It would seem this feature hasn't yet been enabled for your community.  Please file a support ticket and we can get this done for you.
