How to Set Time Limit for Edits on Posts

I am struggling to find documentation on how to edit the number of minutes a user can edit a post.  Does anyone have a link to this documentation or able to share the steps?

I set it to 0 (No time limit) for customers that our considered Support contacts or their company has given them escalated access to our site.  We have it denied for users without roles in our Community.
