How to moderate profiles w/ biographies filled out?

Sadly, just about the only folks on our community who fill out the "biography" within their profile are spammers. I'd love to get an alert when a biography is filled out, or be able to view a list of profiles w/ biographies easily. Is this possible?

We don't see biography abuse but do spammers add their website 

Support was able to add Website to the User Reports for me in the past, I wonder if they can do the same for Biography?

We did this for Signature as well but one thing to be mindful of is it can making importing the CSV difficult due to formatting issues.

Update: Support was able to add Biography & URL to our user report as requested. YAAAY!
