Ideas Exchange notifications

I am looking for support related with notifications for idea exchange.

After read this article I am not sure are there notifications related with ideas exchange only (e-mail, notification feed) ??

We are during idea exchange implementation just wondering if there something in notification area to change ..

Curious what notification will be send if the status of idea changed ?

I am receiving idea notifications for Lithium Idea status changes. Is that something different?
