Insert Image Permissions

Hi all, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction?! We have provided a set of users with the Insert Image role permission however some users are still unable to insert an image into a discussion post. Has anyone seen this before and is there another permission line that it is reliant upon?

Thanks @Payal , that was useful. I've already got the permissions mentioned as ticked so I've actually expanded the permissions to say that they can upload without moderation just in case it is that. If not, I'm not sure what it is and might need to get Khoros support to help.

Best practice is to assign permissions *to roles* and then *assign users to those roles* and not assign specific permissions to specific users.

Can you check your HTML related permissions? As far as I know, at least "Use simple HTML in posts and signatures" should be granted for users to be able to embed images in posts:
