I have similar requirement. We have a team of 6 members who will be looking at the community forum threads. Currently, we are not able to track who is working on which issues.
Is there any possibility to integrate the forum threads into Jira or any taskboard so that we can internally track and assign the thread to appropriate users to logically close the issues?
