Khoros Ingestion Options

Hello, 

Was recommended by our account manager to ask here. 

Is there any way for Khoros in its current state to ingest data from Google reviews (such as google my business) on google maps natively onto the social care platform?

Same question for Mobile App reviews, does khoros have the ability to ingest reviews left for Apps on both the Appstore and Google Playstore? 

If not, are there any future plans to implement?

Apologies as I am not a very technical savvy user, but what I get is that we can integrate google reviews (both GMB and app reviews) into Khoros care but it would need our technology team would need to manually integrate the APIs for our business into Khoros. 

Am assuming that once we have the API's linked and set up, our frontline team can start responding to reviews of our banking centres etc.
