Hey all,
I was looking at the feature settings for our Khoros Salesforce Connector integration within our Salesforce instance, and I noticed that the "Is Lightning Knowledge Enabled?" setting is disabled even though we are running Salesforce Lightning with Lightning Knowledge. (We originally launched the integration when we were running Salesforce Classic.)
Does anyone know what this setting does? The documentation just says to enable the box if we are running Lightning Knowledge, but at the same time I'm leaning toward the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality.
We're currently only using the integration for the Case Portal feature and not for porting knowledge articles from Khoros to Salesforce, so I'm guessing this setting doesn't really matter for us, is that correct?

@jeffshurtliff, yes that's correct. However, it's also used by the CRM Knowledge Article Search component. The below article might be helpful:
