Hi Khoros Community!
I am looking to obtain a list of all users IDs that accessed a blog article on a specific day.
Through Community Analytics, the maximum I can pull is a list of 200. However, thousands of users viewed the blog, and I would like to get the entire download.
Do you know of a way to do that?
Thanks!
@AlanA Can't you filter the blog down to the article ID + Date, and then export it? When I export something from analytics, there is no limit (Just tested it and got 900 users when I tried on one of ours)
You're right, @StanGromer! It doesn't limit out at 200, for some reason I thought it did.
There is an issue that I am seeing with the export - the user IDs are displayed fine for the first 50 users in the CSV file. From 50 on, the IDs are replaced with numbers. Do you know how I can convert the numbers to user IDs or pull the report in a different way to get the IDs?
Thanks.

Khoros Support has confirmed that the user IDs being displayed as numbers in our reports is a bug. They're exploring if there are other ways to get the list of users.

understood.
@StanGromer there actually is a maximum of 2000 results for CSV exports in LSI or at least there is on my instance.
