What do you want to translate?
They support real-time translation for the particular section.
Like: https://community.lithium.com/t5/Developer-Discussion/bd-p/studio
And If you want to translate the entire community then I guess Lithium Support can help you out.

Hello Roser,
Communities can be translated into many different languages. There is a Lithium Language Translation Connector that is offered that translates user generated content (i.e. Discussions, Blogs and Articles). This complements that Lithium Language Packs offered by Lithium, they translates the "application" (i.e. menus, pull-downs, etc.).
You can see the language translation as work within this community. Just select a language of your choice in the pull-down in the upper right of this page.
You can also see it at work at other communities such as Palo Networks, Alteryx, GoPro, etc.
If you would like to see a demonstration of the capability I would be glad to do that for you. I am with iTalent Digital, a partner of Lithium, as we built the connector.
