Megaphone icon in Forums

Hi,

I might be missing something, but I've looked everywhere and can't find an answer. Can someone tell me what the means when displayed on a message, on a message board page?

@EmDunn - Looks like an announcements icon, I do recall seeing them somewhere, but could you share the URL where you are seeing them now?

Hi Varun,

It's within boards on our forums. Apparently, and I should have checked this first, it's only visible to Admins. Again, that's fine, just trying to figure out why that's displaying.

This icon denotes threads that have been escalated, most likely because they haven't been answered for a while. See the documentation here on setting up this functionality: https://community.lithium.com/t5/Community-Moderation/Set-up-auto-or-manual-escalations-for-unanswer...
