Members/Registrants reports

We know how to access the metrics for our registrations from the Admin console, but how do we run a report on all our members/registrants and their details?  Is this something that as an admin member I can do?

Hi,

You can do an export of all member and their details/stats by following the below steps:

  1. Log into Community Admin
  2. Click METRICS
  3. Click USER REPORTS
  4. Edit the time frame, activity window, ranks or roles to filter/ for what you want to see
  5. From the "Column List" add or remove fields of interest
  6. Click SEARCH
  7. Click EXPORT TO CSV

Keep in mind the more data you export the longer it will take to generate the report, anything over 10k rows of data will be processed backend and you'll get a Private message when its ready to download from the community,  an export of all users could take hours to generate, so be willing to wait.

Thanks for this.

We have done this but that number of records being shown in this metrics is significantly different to the results that are received when going to Metrics > User Reports > Registrations (over the nominated time period)

We are trying to understand what is the correct figure and how to ensure that these are in alignment.

Any guidance/thoughts?

Thanks again

Hi

I wouldn't use any data from community admin other than "user reports data dump" as the metrics data here is a legacy product.

You should look at using LSI for all data and insights, you should find that LSI will give you the most accurate and true picture of things.

Maybe it'll help to take a step back:
Can you share what question you are trying to answer with this data? There might be a different way, e.g. via LSI data to answer the same.
