Preformatted Text

Is there a way to set the options for Preformatted text in articles to control what it will look like? Right now my Preformatted text looks like this:

I want it to match my programming code with a light pink background and red writing.

If I could set the background color and text color that would be ideal.

Hmmm....Assuming you are talking about sharing that content by posting it into the classic Khoros Community WYSIWYG editor that is used in Khoros forums, blogs, Tribal Knowledge Base articles, etc;  sadly, I do not think you will be able to do what you are talking about.  There are no settings that allow 'pre-formatting'.  However, there is an option in your personal preferences as to whether you default to see the 'rich text' WYSIWYG or the 'html' WYSIWYG editor.  Perhaps that is helpful (or perhaps not).

Here are a few threads that might be helpful in understanding what can and cannot be done with the current Khoros WYSIWYG editor...

If you are referring to the option to insert code samples please take a look at the improved visuals for code samples released in community release 19.1. If you want to enforce your light pink background and red text you can add a styling for the .li-code into your community skin.
