Read only state and announcment updates?

Can you edit khoros community announcements while community is in read only state?

Use case: Our community is in read only for a migration, something unexpected happens in migration and we need to keep in read only a day longer than our announcement message communicated. Can we update the announcement message in this scenario so users are aware of the date change?

@ktayloradbe - Read-only mode should not impact the announcements to be updated. It only refrains the users to post. As an admin, you should be able to update the announcements.
