I inherited our system so I wasn't in on the creation of it. In the system wrapper, "Page Hitbox Content" there's a ClickTale section. Nobody here knows anything about it. Is that something Lithium puts in there or is it something I can delete? We use LSI, bulk API, and Google to tell us everything we track. I just want to ensure I'm not deleting something that Lithium needs.
I don't think this is something put by Lithium at there own to track anything on there side.
You should raise ticket to support@lithium.com.
Hey Kim, as far as I can tell, those lines were added via the skin editor in Studio, back in mid-January 2017. I can't see who made the change (I have a user ID, but it was done on a now-removed sandbox community), but this is not standard, and the data is not used by Lithium. If Lithium added this, It would have been to support a requested feature.
@TysonN and @MattV, are there any extra details you might be able to provide about plugins changeset 2206365?
I contacted support. They say it's not theirs so I'm removing it. Thanks everyone.
Services generally doesn't add tracking code unless it's at the customers direction. And on many projects I work on, the customers themselves will add the tracking code, because they have been given the specific instructions to implement from the tracking provider and their SEO team, and all we do is point to where the code should be added in studio.
I'm glad you were able to solve this.
