Subscribe to a Community-wide Label

I know this was discussed before but I'm sorry I can't find it. We have a number of separate blogs in our community and I want members to be able to subscribe to a label that when accessed, will give them a list of blog posts found anywhere in the community that mention this term? I think I have to make sure that I have version 2.1 of something....?

Any help much appreciated!

@mbritt - You need to enable the settings for label to be appeared:

Community admin > System > Subscriptions: "Turn on label subscriptions"
