Subscribing to a Customers Posts

Does anyone know if it's possible to subscribe to or receive a notification when specific customers (either high value, or someone with a known issue) posts in our community?

We do this for some users, usually troublesome ones rather than influential, via RSS feed on the user scoped recent post page. The URL for myself on Lithium Community is; https://community.lithium.com/t5/forums/recentpostspage/post-type/message/user-id/33381

In the options drop down you can subscribe to RSS.

Just substitute your community domain for the lithium one and the user id for the user you want to follow on your own community and you are set 😄

Thanks Dan.

This was super helpful and I got to the last step of subscribing to the user's RSS feed and then I got an error message (attached) that I can't seem to resolve. Any ideas?

No, I was trying to do it using the live version of our Community.
