Hello, 

Is there a way to align what users see in the Rich Text WYSIWYG editor when they are creating TKB articles so it mirrors our template (which can be seen when the "Preview" button is clicked?

This is not possible at the moment.

Preview tab shows the layout from message template. All style include in preview tab is coming from that page only and which can not be include in rich text editor.
