Hello,
Our community is running on TKB VersionV4 and on the TKB post page we can able to see only Publish and cancel buttons but not the submit for review button for all users including admin.
Is there any configuration to get it enabled?

I was able to get the Submit for Review button to appear in our Stage environment for TKBs v4.
I used one of my lower permissioned test accounts and assigned the role TKB Author to that account.
When starting a TKB article the options available to me are Cancel/Save/Submit for Review.
Are you able to get the button to appear for an account just with TKB Author role assigned?
