We have some areas of our community where documentation PDFs are housed. When someone updates a TKB post with a new PDF, the download window shows the original article author and original publish date. Is there a way to change that so it shows most recent author and publish date? Our authors want that. TIA. - Kim

Here's a potential (partial) workaround: https://community.khoros.com/t5/Support-Forum/Change-Author-on-Existing-Blog-Article/m-p/180155
If that workaround isn't acceptable then PS could build a custom metadata field that stores an “owner” or “owner username" adjacent to the original author name. This metadata field can be updated by the original author, an admin, community manager, moderator, or other user with permissions to edit others’ posts. As the field is updated the user types a username and experiences a “look ahead” functionality similar to an at-mention. When the post is saved and there are “owners” in this field they will display as clickable links on the post itself. When clicked the user is taken to that users’ profile. This would be a smaller customization project with PS. Other custom options could be explored too.
That works. Thanks. - Kim
