Hi everyone,
I have a little issue that I need help resolving. When we send out emails from our community (the Sisense Community) the email avatar shows up as a question mark. What do I need to do to update the email avatar from the question mark to a logo?

I posted this in Slack, but this icon is when Gmail identifies an unauthenticated email. I believe that the customer will need to update the SPF record to make this red question mark go away.
I have never seen a customer update this avatar to be a logo before, but I imagine this would be controlled by someone on the customer side (likely an IT department) to ensure that the identity of the sender has one.
