If threads haven't had any new replies after X dates, I'd like to be able to lock them so future customers can't reply with a new question on it, which Agents don't see. We have customers post on years-old threads and those aren't monitored anymore. It will keep conversations cleaner and enable us to help our customers faster with less effort for them.
It's something others want to have as well so please kudo this Idea!
