Good day all,
My community is for education and case deflection and I want to make it easy for information to come to them. I wish we could truly Friend/Follow individuals, but that is for a different post.
When someone subscribes to a piece of content, I know they will be informed of new questions to the post, but what about alerts for new versions or changes to a blog?
Thank you,
Toby

Hi Toby,
Here is what I have experienced. If your community has TKB, then there will be extra options available in the Notification Settings.
The second option seems to also notify users for when blog posts and forum posts are edited. This caused some annoyance in past communities as users only wanted KB edit notifications, not for every forum topic they subscribed to.
However, if a community does not have the TKB feature, it seems that these options don't exist. I just verified this in the community I manage. There have also been other convos in Atlas with confusion around the missing settings.
Ideally, I'd like to see these settings available for all interaction styles, and more granular so users can choose which interaction styles they are notified for.
