I see the concept of a contributor, and can fiddle with that. But even as an admin I do not see how to change the "by such and such" ... in other words the author of the article.
Here are the use cases-
1) I am porting articles and I want to make sure they are crediting the correct people
2) This is not just for porting content now, but in the future have similar need for adding content on behalf of others from time to time, as an admin.
Can anyone let me know how to do this?
Thanks!
Hi kylemcna,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately there's no option to switch authorship of a blog article or post of any kind after it was posted. Whomever authored the article/post will remain the author. The only way to do this at the moment is to re-post the articles as a different user and remove the original.
Additionally you can also have a look at the following thread for an alternative solution.
As for the second use case - you can use the switch user functionality and post messages on behalf of other user. You can find more detailed information in the following article.
Please, let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Damian
Kyle,
You should have access now.

I would also like to see this feature added to Lithium's blog platform. WordPress has this feature and it was extremely useful when I managed the blog at my previous company. Any plans to incorporate this in the future?
