You will have access to Talkwalker to build your listening queries and Khoros Care will eventually be able to ingest those conversations and make them available for monitoring and in some cases responding. So, you will have access to the Talkwalker interface and Khoros Care if you decide to go with Talkwalker.
If you have the Marketing product, the Marketing product can also surface some Talkwalker analytics in the dashboards.
