They came decked out in Chanel, Fitbits, Google shirts, and even a gown by a new designer named Jechoix by the Minoix. They walked the red carpet, posed for paparazzi at the step & repeat, sipped Lithy Bash Bubbly, and enjoyed the San Francisco city skyline from the rooftop of Metreon’s City View.
And when it was declared “Lithy Time”, they gathered anxiously and excitedly to find out if their name was inside one of nine sealed golden envelopes that would reveal the 2016 Digital Customer Excellence Award winners, otherwise known as the Lithys.
The Oscar-worthy hosts, Lithium’s Dayle Hall and Rachel Barger, delighted the audience—Lithium’s customers, prospects, partners, and employees— with their wit and charm, as they announced the nine elite winners at the LiNC Bash and Lithy Awards Ball on June 9. With such cut-throat competition this year, the winner slate was determined with input from two external judges: industry analyst and CRM Watchlist author Paul Greenberg and Ernst & Young’s Brad Wallace. Finalists and winners were selected from a remarkable 104 entries from 67 global brands in 17 countries across five continents (check out the submissions here).
The crowd cheered as each winner was announced on-stage to accept the highly coveted Lithy trophy.
