This was a great event,  bringing together over 2200 attendees for 10 hours of online content, webcasts, chat and networking around Social CRM which was featured in the USA Today.

 

We were delighted with the event and so we decided to do it again – bigger and better than ever.

Great stuff Paul!

 

We're looking forward to it over here in the BusinessOnLine office. We took Alyce's advice and are planning on setting up a "War Room" of our own during the event. We'll have subject matter experts on hand to answer any and all questions related to community optimization (i.e. driving more relevant traffic and ensuring your content and community is easily accessible via search engines). Additionally, we can answer questions related to improving the user experience within your community and tracking community optimization efforts back to ROI.

 

10 hours of pure, uninterrupted Social CRM fun. Although, I don't think we'll be in our jammies. 😉
