Hello to all of our Atlas members!

Planning a TikTok marketing strategy can be daunting at first. The trouble here is that TikTok marketing isn’t like marketing on other social media channels; businesses have to buy into existing trends and make their content not only relevant but casual and entertaining.

But TikTok is here to stay, so marketers need to find ways to tailor their content to the platform. That’s why we decided to roll up our sleeves and dive headfirst into launching our very own TikTok-for-business brand account, @khorosdigital.

Through many trials and many, many errors, we’ve learned what it takes to enter the TikTok space as a brand.
We’ll walk you through examples, considerations, how to keep up with trends, and top insights we’ve learned over the past six months. Click here for the full TikTok guide

[Titans] Don’t Forget the Cheerleaders! How to Win Over Internal StakeholdersInternal Stakeholders.png
As you can imagine, when launching a private unified B2B customer community in late 2020, I needed cheerleaders. As a community professional with over 4 years of experience (and 28 years in business), I’ve found the best way to grow your squad is by following the ABC approach.

How we built it- Platform status banner
We had some interest here to explain how we achieved Khoros Platform Status Banner functionality. Let's get into the details!

[Podcast] Community as an Art: A Canvas for Human Connection
In this episode, we speak with Alexis Brown, Senior Manager of Global Community at Zoom, about what makes measuring community success more than just a science.

New Analytics Format Options for Instagram
The ingestion and visibility of these content types were improved as part of a recent update. In order to make it easier to assess the performance of these content types in analytics additional options have been added to the format filter and widgets.

Intelligence - Changes in Facebook Search: FB Customer Owned Data Store
To comply with Facebook’s latest policies going forward, each customer will have to specify upfront the public pages that they wish to track. This is similar to Intelligence’s Instagram model; in a sense, each customer will be creating their own data store.

WhatsApp CSAT survey improvements
Previously, WhatsApp CSAT surveys were only supported in a plain text format, due to WhatsApp limitations. We are now able to use a “list message” format that allows for a better-formatted experience for your customers. This change has also enabled us to improve the language localization of certain WhatsApp CSAT survey text strings.

Agent permissions for viewing redacted content
With this release, we’ve added an Allow Agent to Unredact option that lets you control whether agents can view redacted content associated with a specific inbound content rule.

Filter anonymous user traffic in Community Analytics
Community analytics users can now filter out anonymous user traffic from the community traffic metrics. Just set the User Name filter to Anonymous to filter out anonymous traffic.
