Schedule sharing between channels

Hi there,

We have a Global LinkedIn channel that we manage through an initiative in Khoros. We have taken over the US LinkedIn channel of the same company and created a new initiative for it within Khoros. How do I schedule a share of the global LinkedIn post to the US linkedIn channel?
