Best Practice on Editing Customer Idea Titles in IDX
We have a very active customer Community with lots of great product ideas for the product management team. Our Product Idea Exchange is a hot board in our Community. We are finding that customers are posting lots of ideas, but often times the Subject line of their idea doesn't really accurately reflect what the actual idea is. This makes it hard to manage and hard for other customers to get a glimpse of what the idea really is.
The product team is wondering if we should begin editing the Subject Lines to more accurately reflect the ideas? What is the best practice around this? Do you recommend we firm up the Idea Exchange space?
