We're looking to launch localised support forums for our Japanese customers / free users. I'd love to learn from those in the Community who manage / have launched Japanese support communities for their business.
I’m curious about how/when forums are commonly used in other cultures. For instance, how do most Japanese companies service their customers?
Might want to have the CSM for Box.com introduce you to their community team. I'm pretty sure they have a top-level category for their Japanese community.
