Currently, on the community homepage, I see this:
When I click on complete, and choose either the Facebook or Twitter options, I am redirected to an "unable to connect" page.

Currently, we're experiencing an issue where the module is showing, even when you are connected on your community profile. I just checked your account, and you are already connected, so no need to worry. We will provide an update once this issue is resolved.
