Having trouble logging in to submit a ticket

Perhaps it's me, but I'm having trouble getting to the area of Lithosphere where cases are submitted. I'm already logged in on lithosphere and it asks me to log in again. The login page only refreshes. I've replicated this in both Chrome and IE. I think something may be buggy with your site right now. Are you guys aware of any issues?

You might have hit us when we were in the process of upgrading the site. Please try again!

Hi Brian, 

 

It doesn't look as if you have the appropriate permissions to file cases on Lithosphere.  You can email support@lithium.com to request this be set up.  

 

Please note:  There is a limit of 2 Lithocase users for standard support and 5 Lithocase users for premium support.
