When are Khoros's Maintenance Windows?
To continuously improve our products and services, Khoros reserves specific, low traffic windows to perform maintenance to your Khoros product.
Examples of maintenance that may be performed include (but are not limited to):
11:59:59 PM - 04:00 AM
08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
07:00 AM - 11:00 AM
04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
11:00 PM - 03:00 AM
03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
10:00 PM - 02:00 AM
06:00 AM - 10:00 AM
05:00 AM - 09:00 AM
10:00 AM - 02:00 PM
06:00 PM - 10:00 PM
05:00 PM - 09:00 PM
* Standard = UTC time during Standard time
* Daylight = UTC time during Daylight Savings time
* For a specific conversion to your timezone, refer here.
* Please note that these maintenance windows cannot be customized.
Good to know that for EMEA, the cut-off time for submitting a studio push to support is by 12PM Noon (PST) on the day of the maintenance window.

What is frequency of these windows ?
I am a little confused by the Tues/Thurs 11:59:59 PM - 04:00 AM
Does this mean the maintenance window starts at 11:59:59 PM on THURSDAY and ends at 4 AM on FRIDAY? Knowing the answer to this quickly will be very helpful.
Thanks for the warnings, can we confirm then only downtimes for Communities and Care, and so Reach will be kept up (will not be affected)?
