Smartbear is looking for a new Community & Education Manager to join their team! The position is Remote, or based in Coconut Creek, FL.
Community Duties
Moderate community posts and responses
Generate content for hosted events, contests, promotions, and technical guides
Work with internal and external stakeholders to generate viable solutions to open queries
Monitor other online sources for changes in trends and customer satisfaction
Analyze search results to identify content gaps
Evaluate user feedback and usage metrics to determine potential community enhancements
Assist in the writing of monthly community news
Education Duties
Provide support to the licensing team to manage users who need access to on-demand courses, live courses, and certification exams
Assist in the generation of training materials and courses to be posted on the SmartBear Academy
Manage the day-to-day requests and operations in the LMS
Add, update, and remove videos from our video hosting service
Qualifications
2+ years of experience work in community management, social media, or other related field
Solid understanding of organic and paid social media
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of marketing automation, campaign management systems, or related tools.
Working knowledge of gamification principles
Nice to haves:
Background working with Khoros Community Platform
Experience using a Content Management System such as WordPress or Drupal
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with copywriting and content development
