Currently a Senior Manager within the Digital Marketing Services Division of Canon USA. Primary responsibilities include the corporate website, dealer extranets, vendor management, and special projects. Secondary responsibilities are with the social team and community. Prior to the expansion of the department, email marketing, eCommerce and product registration were also in the mix. Although my career predates the digital revolution, the focus has always been on the presentation of information, in one form or another—basically the UX of today—with a heavy dose of project management and customer service.
