It's always great when our amazing customers get recognition in their industries and win awards for their Social output, especially when they're using Lithium platforms to provide it!
We've had a couple of great examples of this recently which I wanted to share with you.

Here's what Bearingpoint said about the winner; "The community places Telia as the best in customer relationship management. It has been able to create a community where customers help each other to solve their problems. In addition, Telia community offers purchase recommendations, product reviews and other support for the purchase of new products. The community engages customers in Telia's brand. "
We also have a great story from TalkTalk, fresh from their recent Lithy award for B2C Community Innovator led by @Fellsteruk, TalkTalk 's Social Team led by @LorraineF won the Social Media Customer Service Team of the Year 2018 at the UK Contact Centre Forum Awards.
