SuzieH thank you for this - very helpful. So if I am understanding what you are saying, basically if you assign a user role to view the component, then anyone with that user role can see the component on all user's profile pages?
Here is the scenario I am looking for if this helps to clarify...
We want to invite 40 Partner members to our community. We want all 40 Partner members to be able to see each other's information (name, title, company name). We do not want these 40 Partners to see anyone else's personal information in this component, only each others.
The way you describe it though, it sounds like these 40 Partner users would then be able to see not only each other's component, but all users.
Is this correct?
