Image upload enhancements
We have completely revamped our image upload functionality to improve its overall security and user experience by using native browser upload functionality when users add images to their albums or posts.
With the new image uploader, you can now upload up to 20 images at a time to image albums. Additionally, when uploading multiple images to an album, the uploader waits for all images to be uploaded before showing any of them in the preview.

Category reports (GA)
LSI category-specific reports are now available to all customers. Category reports display the number of page views (desktop or mobile), visitors, posts, and kudos for each community category, as determined by your community structure.
Additionally, to improve navigation and usability of the category- and application-specific reports, both sets of reports are now grouped under the Content panel.

New Moderator reports (closed beta)
LSI moderator reports are now available in a closed beta. If you are interested in participating in the beta, file a support case, and we will let you know when a space becomes available.
Note: Data for moderator reports is only available after your community upgrades to 13.6 or later release.
LSI moderator reports calculate data based on specific moderator activities (posts edited, flags cleared, messages approved/rejected) and not just activities by users with the moderator role. Calculating moderator activities this way provides a more accurate view of all moderator activity on your community.
Since LSI moderator reports capture moderator activity for all users, you can use these reports to identify users who have permission to do moderator tasks but don’t have the moderator role. This insight helps you determine if you have moderator-related permissions set up correctly for your community.
To view moderator metrics for your community:
- Log into the community.
- Click Lithium Social Intelligence in the Community Dashboard.
- Click the MODERATORS (BETA) tab.
- (Optional) Select a time period to evaluate in the metric header.
- (Optional) Click Mobile to see how much of your traffic comes from mobile devices.
- (Optional) Click on a moderator name to see their profile.
- Hover over any of the blue metric bars in the graph to view more details.
