We're really looking forward to using the Value Analytics function to help with calculating the impact of our community on call deflection and NPS.
Been playing with this in Staging and found that couple of the questions have what appears to be a portion of a comments box or an extended left margin. See below:
Can that be changed / removed? Better still can we have a comments box so users can elaborate on why they gave a certain score?
