Ad Targeting Calendar Filter in Social Marketing: Now Available!
We are excited to announce the release of the Ad Targeting Filter in the Social Marketing Calendar. The Ad Targeting Filter gives users the ability to filter the calendar by audience type (audience age, audience gender, and audience location.) This feature will give users the ability to see ads on the calendar served to a specified target audience.
Filter Options:
The Ad Targeting Filter gives users three different options to filter by: Age, Gender, and Location.
- Age - Filter the calendar to specified age ranges. Users are able to select individual ranges, multiple ranges, select all, or clear all.
- Gender - Filter the calendar to specified gender.
- Location - Filter the calendar to specified locations. Facebook allows you to target people in specific locations, including: Country, State/Region, Counties, DMA (Designated Market Area), City, Postal Code, and Specific Address Radius. Users are able to select individual or multiple locations.
When Would I Use This?
The Audience Filter can be used to view ads served to specific audiences. Users have the ability to apply related labels and use them to assess targeting performance in marketing analytics.
