Facebook has announced the deprecation of certain APIs, effective March 14th, 2024. This change may impact the functionality of some features on our platform.

How It May Affect You:

At Khoros, we have proactively taken steps to minimize the impact of these deprecated APIs on our platform and ensure the integrity of your data. Despite our efforts, the following widgets will be directly affected:

Deprecated FB metric
Khoros Marketing Analytics Widget
page_engaged_users Post Explorer, Post Gallery
page_follows_city Followers by City
page_follows_country Followers by Country
page_follows_gender_age Followers by Gender and Age
page_follows_locale Followers by Language
post_impressions_fan_paid* Post Explorer, Post Gallery

The affected widgets will mark 'NA' (Not Available) post-March 14th. This indicates a lack of data reception from Facebook.
Additionally, Data Exports will record a value of "0" for these metrics, maintaining consistency with the rest of our platform's operations.

Data obtained before the deprecation will not be affected and will be visible in the widgets and the Data exports
