Approvals Service Rejections Export in Social Marketing: Now Available!
Our release of the Approvals + Rejections Export in Social Marketing gives users visibility into their teams' operations.
Why Did We Build This?
The goal of this export is to identify root causes and trends for content rejections as well as potential workflow bottlenecks.
Who Is This For?
Whether you review content operations as a part of a center of excellence, are a content manager responsible for maintaining brand standards, or a contributor looking to improve the quality of your responses, this export is for those who want to improve team efficiency and ensure optimal content review operations.
Why Review Your Rejected Posts?
Allowing you to review the times when your teams’ approvers have found issues in content drafted for publication means greater visibility into what is working and what is not in order to inform process improvements. With an increasing need to govern content across complex teams and a myriad of internal and legal standards, these Approvals + Rejections exports provide a comprehensive look for why a piece of content or a response was rejected, by whom, and when.
How do I get there?
From Khoros Social Marketing Company Settings, you can find a new Approvals Metrics section within the Approvals section.
Let’s address common questions:

Q: Does this include outbound brand posts only? How do I see the rejected 1:1 engagement (the responses to comments, replies, and @mentions)?
A: This is an export of only the outbound brand posts. If you are interested in seeing an export of rejected 1:1 engagement (the responses to comments, replies, and @mentions) for reviewing the activity of your community moderators — please add the idea to the Marketing Idea board (or vote on the existing ideas for this enhancement if you see it!).
Q: How can I read more about the approval status definitions or key details about this export?
