Care Module - Additional CRM and Care Software Integrations - Now Available via Custom Integration - October 2017
Two weeks ago we announced our productized integration with Salesforce (check out the blog post if you haven't seen it!). We selected Salesforce as our first CRM integration partner based on overwhelming feedback from you, our customers. However, we also recognize that others would like the ability to support this similar integration workflow with other technologies-- be they a CRM, or systems with which you may have another team doing activities to better serve your customers in non-social capacities.
We understand and we are now broadly announcing that we support your workflows be they Spredfast-to-Siebel, Spredfast-to-OracleRightNow, or Microsoft Dynamics, or Zendesk, etc). In fact, if you'd like to take a look, our team can demo the integration with Zendesk that our own Customer Success organization will be rolling out as well.
