The url that "Set up the CRM Connector in Care" points to does not work. I am redirected here even after logging in: Cannot find node with id board:-Let's get you back on track

    Hi Michelle_R – This blog post is at least a year old at this point and should no longer be used as a source of truth. URLs have updated since our migration on Atlas from Communities Classic to Communities Aurora. Here is the link you are looking for: Set up the CRM Connector in Care | Atlas

      Thanks, that link worked. The article was updated in July 2024, but regardless, if it isn't useful it should probably just get archived.

        After we migrated Atlas from Classic to Aurora, all articles said they were "updated" at that point due to the migration, but most of them were not actually changed in content. In general, any posts in the release notes area on Atlas are not updated after their original post date but are kept for historical purposes. Unfortunately, the move from Classic to Aurora did not retain the actual dates so it's less obvious right now. I'll see if there's anything we can do to make it a little clearer!
