Given many of us were in and out of the office for the winter holidays, the Care team here at Spredfast + Lithium wanted to send a quick note covering new Care features in Conversations + Care Module that shipped during the holiday season. Keep reading to see what those new features are and how you can take advantage of them.
Account Selector for YouTube, LinkedIn %26amp; VK in Rules
Facebook, Instagram and Twitter have always been the big players who've received the attention they deserve. That being said, we've heard the need for more granular automation needs and shipped the ability to select an account, or multiple accounts, when creating Rules for YouTube, LinkedIn and VK content. Those who were waiting to take full advantage of Topic Queues, now have even more flexibility.
You can edit existing or create new Rules or Topic Queues by going to the Care section within Company Settings.
Topic Queue Filter in Data Exports
With the release of Topic Queues, we wanted to do a fast follow for our users of data exports so they can filter by Topic Queue before exporting. This takes away the guess work of which streams to select to see the same grouping of content in a Topic Queue. Now users can select the Topic Queues they know and love to get an export of all items in those queues when using the Stream Item or Stream Item Actions exports in Analytics. Hopefully this simplifies the export process for those taking advantage of our new Topic Queues functionality.
Care Guide
The release of Topic Queues helped address multiple pain points around managing groups of content and groups of people. To help new and existing customers be successful on this journey, we've created the Care Guide which can be accessed in the Care admin portion of Conversations.
Brandwatch Sentiment on Agent Inbox Items
Ever since we introduced our Brandwatch integration in Social Inbox, users who've taken advantage of this functionality have been able to see additional Brandwatch metadata on their stream items. Users in Care Module now receive that same benefit. This means agents in Care module can see additional Brandwatch metadata to help make more informed decisions when moderating content.
Instagram Hashtag Deprecation
Announcements have been sent already, but as a reminder, we deprecated support for Instagram Hashtag search in Spredfast Conversations/Care on December 11th. Streams will still remain so users can export or report on existing data.
