Experiences & Intelligence: Instructions for Global Admins
Experiences and Intelligence are now back online, and the Status Page has been updated.
We have provided specific actions below for Global Admins, which you will need to take to ensure that your users can access the Experiences and/or Intelligence products.
We have reviewed all user credentials, and those accounts with email addresses which matched a corporate domain or known partner remain active. Users that did not fit this criteria have had their access suspended. You have the authority within your company to review suspended accounts and determine if they need to be enabled.
Over the coming days and weeks, you and your teams should be on high alert for any phishing attempts. Examine every email and social network message to ensure it is from a trusted sender. Don't click on links in suspicious email or messages.
If a user you have previously Enabled/Disabled in Social Marketing has access to Experiences or Intelligence, you will not need to re-enable or re-disable them again under Step 6.
Actions you should take
- Visit https://login.spredfast.com from an Incognito browser window. If you are unable to browse in incognito mode, clear your cache and cookies before following the next steps.
- If your company utilizes SSO, login as you normally would. If your company does not utilize SSO, then you must initiate a password reset. If you have already successfully logged into Khoros Social Marketing prior to receiving this message, then you do not need to reset your password.
- If you decide to reset your password, you will receive an email from Khoros (Spredfast), which is the only email you should expect in relation to your password.
- Ensure you are in Experiences or Intelligence by clicking the Khoros logo in the top left corner of the platform, and selecting either Experiences or Intelligence from the drop-down.
- In the same tab, visit https://admin.spredfast.com/company/user-product-access
- This step is critical for your company security. Review all of your users. Suspended users will be grayed out. Only Global Admins have the ability to enable suspended users. Enable access only for suspended users that you recognize and trust.
- All Enabled users should now be able to log in and use Experiences or Intelligence.
- Please review the instructions at the end of this email as to what to tell your users, and what they should expect to see once logged in.
